Clever Cookies - Oatmeal & Raisin
Makes 2 cookies
½ mashed banana
1 packet M&M Oatmeal
Small handful raisins
Combine all products and bake at 350 degrees F for 15 mins
Ideal for breaks or breakfast on the go.
Savvy Strawberry Smoothie
Combine into a blender:
1 cup of milk (almond or cows milk work well)
1 packet Mind & Mane Chocolate or Café Mocha (Deliciously Sweet or Sugar Free)
1 cup frozen strawberries
1 cup frozen banana
Blend and serve cold. Delicious and filling with two serves of fruit and all the nutrients to keep you energized, focused and calm all day
Oatmeal
Place 1 packet Mind & Mane Flavoured Oatmeal into a bowl.
Add milk of your choice and stir well.
Warm in microwave for 1 minute.
Stir again. Add fresh blueberries, sliced banana or strawberries.
Perfect for a filling, nutritious breakfast
or brunch.
Enjoy Hot
1 packet Mind & Mane drink mix
(Deliciously Sweet or Sugar Free both work well)
Add sufficient hot water to combine, then
top with steamed milk of your choice.
Enjoy Iced
1 packet Mind & Mane drink mix
(Deliciously Sweet or Sugar Free both work well)
Add sufficient hot water to combine, and pour over a tall glass filled with ice-cubes
Add cold milk or creamer of your choice and stir.
Smart Girl Smoothie
Combine into a blender:
1 -2 cups coconut milk
1 scoop protein powder
1 packet Mind & Mane Chocolate or Café Mocha (Deliciously Sweet or Sugar Free)
1 cup frozen mango
1 cup frozen pineapple
Blend and serve cold.
